Who am I?

This September, I’ll be running the biggest race of my life. #RunAcrossTheUSA

My name is Tomasz Sobania, and some people call me #PolishForrestGump, because every year I go on a really long trip.

My goal is always to fulfill my athletic dream, but also to raise awareness for a charity fundraiser.

I’m happy to welcome you to this website, where you can learn a little more about me and my upcoming project.

  • To accomplish an extraordinary athletic feat—to run across the entire United States.
  • To produce a feature-length documentary in collaboration with American producer Alex Klymko.
  • Launch a public awareness campaign titled “You Can Do More Than You Think.” Inspire people to take action despite disabilities, disorders, illnesses, and other life challenges.
  • To promote the Run's partners and contribute to a positive image of Poland in the U.S.

Now, together with Tomasz Sobania, they are joining forces in the United States to launch the social campaign “You Can Do More Than You Think.”

They will not only inspire people to take on challenges and make their dreams come true. During the race, a fundraiser will be launched to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. The funds raised will be used to purchase at least 30 Accessibility Kits — a tool supporting alternative communication — for medical facilities and other organizations that want to improve accessibility.

Check out the fundraiser and join this unique initiative!

We firmly believe that Tomek and Adrian’s partnership will inspire those who are committed to empowering people with disabilities. It all starts with accessibility in the broadest sense. Let’s support the fundraiser and cheer them on every kilometer of the race!

TOMASZ SOBANIA

Would you like to be part of the cross-country run?
IT CAN’T GET ANY EASIER!
The Run Across the USA won’t happen unless we have the funds to cover its costs. I’ve been looking for sponsors and saving up for several months, and now you can get involved in my Run by sponsoring a specific mile, a marathon, or even the entire route. You can also make a donation of any amount. All funds raised will go toward covering the costs of the Run and organizing a charity relay.
By donating $50, you’ll become a sponsor for one mile of the Run. Provide your address, and you’ll receive a certificate confirming your participation in the Run Across the USA.
Thank you for your support!
